Fragrant silver-gray foliage topped with spikes of deep purple blooms earlier in the season than other lavenders. As an English lavender, it is among the hardiest varieties recommended for our winters. Great for use in oils, sachets and potpourris. Both the leaves and flowers can be eaten. Named for Gertrude Jekyll’s home.
